Q Solutions was established in 2003 by Thomas Galway and Neasa Hunter to provide innovative management solutions to all industry sectors in Northern Ireland and beyond. As well as providing pragmatic, hands-on Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management solutions to organisations who are registered to ISO 9001:2000/ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, we also deliver a range of management development and professional effectiveness training workshops.

We provide consultancy and training services across all industry sectors, including heavy industry, high technology, production, marketing services, architectural and building services, the public sector, distribution, and financial services. Working on the basis that each organisation is different - regardless of industry - we develop a unique solution for every client with whom we work.

We place great emphasis on getting to know our clients and focusing on what their concerns, needs and issues are within the context of their sector. This allows us to develop more value-added consultancy and training workshop packages.

Thomas Galway has over fifteen years' management experience in the service sector, and has spent much of his career in a senior management position. Building on his BSc in Human Communication, he has acquired extensive experience in business improvement and developing others in a workplace environment. He is an associate member of the Chartered Quality Institute and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Neasa Hunter formerly specialised in marketing in the publishing, advertising and recruitment sectors. She has also spent some time lecturing in marketing at university level. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Quality Institute and the Chartered Management Institute. She is currently the Chair of the Ireland Region and Northern Ireland Branch of the Chartered Quality Institute. Both partners are responsible for developing consultancy and training solutions for our clients.

We have worked with alomost 150 different clients providing a range of consultancy and training support. Every client where we have provided consultancy support to install and implement a new documented management system has successfully gone on to achieve certification to the Standards with their chosen certification body.
